I went back the second time because the people that I dealt with were willing to let me take my time and find what I really wanted. I keep going back because of those same people. I find there is no pressure to buy what they think I should get. Buying a car at Dey's is fun. Mark and George know what I like and point me in the right direction, but the final decision is always mine. The service department is number one, they are easy to talk to and things get done when promised. They understand what needs to be done even when I'm not sure what I'm talking about. |
